PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow all users including a healthy person to operate all public facilities through the same interface and a user interface which is optimal to the users. SOLUTION: A public facility device 100 is operated by a user terminal 90. In the public facility 100, an interactive information generating part 104 generates public information logically describing the attributes of the interactive structure and interactive element of the public facility, and outputs it to the user terminal 90 side. On the other hand, in the user terminal 90, a terminal side user interface converting part 93 converts the inactive information received from the public facility device 100 into a structure or expression optimal to an inputting and outputting device provided in the terminal or a user. An operation operated by the user terminal 90 is converted into an operation to be executed by an inputting and outputting device of the public facility side by an operation information converting part 106, and transmitted to a processing executing part 103. |
