PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely change the height position of an optical communication means by arranging the optical communication means side by side with a display device between the front surface and rear surface of a display housing and disposing a communication port connected to the optical communication means on the rear surface of the display housing. SOLUTION: An infrared ray communication equipment 42 for constituting the optical communication means is housed in the equipment housing chamber 33 of the display housing 18 and the infrared ray communication equipment 42 is arranged side by side with an LCD 19 inside the display housing 18. The spherical lenses 43a and 44a of a light emitting element 43 and a light receiving element 44 are made to face the projection part 30 of a display cover 21, the opening part 48 of the communication port 37 is positioned at the center part in a width direction of the display cover 21 and turned to an oblong hole shape along the width direction and the opening part 48 is made to face the light receiving element 43 and the light emitting element 44. Then, the protective cover 49 of the opening part 48 is constituted of a synthetic resin material provided with light transmissivity and the protective cover 49 is detachably fitted to the opening part 48.
