PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a moving vector (moving variable) by small operation quantity and to contribute to highly accurate pattern matching without being almost influenced by the signal change of multi-dimensional(MD) signal data to be compared with respect to data processing technology for executing pattern matching between two MD signal data. SOLUTION: The data processing circuit applies integrating conversion to data (aw) obtained by multiplying 1st MD signal data (a) by an window function (w), 2nd MD signal data (b), data b<2> obtained by squaring the data (b), and the window function (w). Then a correlation function between the 1st and 2nd MD signal data (a), (b) is calculated from the integrating-converted data (aw) and data (b), the moving average of the square of the 2nd MD signal data (b) is calculated from the integrating-converted data b<2> and window function (w) and the area of the 2nd MD signal data (b) most coincident with the 1st MD signal data (a) multiplied by the window function (w) is calculated based on these calculated results. |
