PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leak of a binder component for forming a water absorbing layer and water absorbing resin particles having small diameter from a supporting body by including the specified weight of binder and inorganic filler in a filling layer and including the specified weight of water absorbing resin particles obtained by (co)-polymerizing N-vinyl acetamide and binder in a water absorbing layer. SOLUTION: A filling layer 2 is formed on the surface of a supporting body 1 made of a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric and a water absorbing layer 3 is formed on the surface of the filling layer 2. The filling layer 2 contains a binder and an inorganic filler, and the content of the inorganic filler in the filling layer 2 is usually 50-400 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. binder. The water absorbing layer 3 contains PNVA resin particles [water absorbing resin particles obtained by (co)-polymerizing N-vinyl acetamide] and a binder as the essential ingredient, and the content of the binder in the water absorbing layer 3 is usually 2-300 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. PNVA particles. |
