When it is confirmed that the mobile station 2 is resident in a zone of the base station 10, changeover circuits 65, 66 are activated to stop the transfer of a call signal received from the mobile station 1 to the control station 30, the base station 10A transmits the signal to the mobile station 2 of its own base station zone, to allow the mobile station 2 to receive the incoming call. In the case that the line 40 is faulty and the line connection is interrupted, the arrival of the incoming call to the mobile station 2 is impossible in a conventional system, but in this embodiment, since the called destination mobile station 2 exists in its own base station zone, the transfer path is automatically switched, and the incoming call is received.
