<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress causing an adverse effect on a display by ununiformity of cell-gaps of a liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal cell wherein sealing of the liquid crystal cell and holding of a cell-gap are done by means of a sealing material without using spray spacer, concentric interference fringes 103 are inevitably formed, and a peripheral, driving circuit is provided in the area where the interference fringes 103 exist and a picture element matrix circuit 105 is located in a area where the interference fringes do not exist. Thus, an influence of the cell-gap on the display is suppressed by determining a position of a circuit arrangement by making the interference fringes as parameter.</p> |
