PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a bulkhead highly precise in position and dimension by sand-blasting a bulkhead material layer formed of a base by use of a powder of the same component as an inorganic component used for the bulkhead material as blasting grains. SOLUTION: A bulkhead material layer 2 is formed on a base 1, a photosensitive resin composition layer 3 is formed thereon, and ultraviolet rays are emitted to provide a pattern 5 of the hardened film of the photosensitive resin composition layer. Thereafter, the powder of the same inorganic component as the inorganic component used for the bulkhead material layer 2 is used as a blasting particle, and the unnecessary part of the bulkhead material layer 2 is abrasively removed with the pattern 5 of the hardened film as a mask under processing conditions of prescribed injection quantity and working pressure by use of a sand blasting machine. The waste material after the abrasive removal of the bulkhead material layer 2 is floated and concentrated with a sodium chloride aqueous solution to separate an organic component such as resin, and only the inorganic component is taken out and used again as the blasting particle. Thus, a bulkhead for gas discharge display panel excellent in recycling property can be manufactured. |
