PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembling of developing units by making a developing roller and/or a supplying roller common to plural developing units, regardless of the arrangement angles of the developing units with respect to a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The respective magnet bodies 42 and 47 of the developing roller 36 and the supplying roller 46 have receipt poles N3 and S5 for receiving a developer onto sleeves 43 and 48 and release poles N5 and N6 for releasing the developer on the sleeves 43 and 48, respectively. Auxiliary magnetic field forming members 61 and 62 for performing the receipt and delivery of the developer are provided in at least one of the vicinities of flows of developer from the release pole N5 of the developing roller 36 to the receipt pole S5 of the supplying roller 46 and from the release pole N6 of the supplying roller 46 to a stirring roller 51. |
