PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an, ID tag to be stably used without destructing an integrated circuit or generating malfunction due to the charge of static electricity. SOLUTION: The ID tag 20 is constituted of sealing an antenna, a power supply part and an integrated circuit part in a closed container 7. Conductive plastic is used as a material of the container 7. Even when the tag 20 rubs on clothes or the like and a part of the container 7 is electrostatically charged, charge 9 is instantaneously uniformly distributed. Thereby a potential different, an electric field and a current are not generated in the container 7, so that transistors, FETs, etc., in the integrated circuit part can be prevented from being destructed due to malfunction or short-circuit. |
