PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible preventing a copy of a reproducing exclusive recording medium recording information with a pit line by discontinuously forming plural spiral like tracks on the reproducing exclusive recording medium recording signals with the pit line. SOLUTION: An optical disk 40 is divided to areas 41, 42, 43...4m, and continuous spiral like tracks 44, 45, 46...4t are formed respectively on respective areas 41-4m. When one information is recorded on the optical disk 40, though the information is recorded ranging two or above areas, it may be also that the information is recorded on respective areas 41-4m every other one, and further, time and order for recording on respective areas 41-4m are optional. In the optical disk 40, the matter that two or above information are recorded discontinuously on two or above areas becomes possible. Further, since the information are recorded ranging two or above areas, the information isn't copied by a method detecting an intensity change in reflection light of a laser beam irradiating on a recording surface bit line. |
