PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain frequencies corrected to a nominal value by determining frequency errors of the first clock signal of a radio frequency signal transmission system, adjusting an up-converting means, and obtaining the frequencies of the up-converted signal as an amount related with the determined error. SOLUTION: The data order of data signals extracted by a data recovery circuit 202 is changed by a randomizer 204, and a packet encoded in a prescribed format is generated by a Read-Solomon encoder 206. Then, the encoded data signal is trellis-encoded by a trellis encoder 210, and restrained in a specific band by a pulse shaping means. Then, a pilot signal is added to the restrained data signal, and the restrained data signal and pilot signal are up-converted with channel frequencies by an up-convert means. Then, the up-converted signal is amplified, and outputted from an antenna 220.
