<p>The invention concerns a continuous deep freeze chamber with tiered-up refrigerated tables, consisting of staggered tiered-up refrigerating tables (1) wherein a refrigerating agent is recirculated, the products (4) to be deep frozen running past in succession on these tables driven by thin conveyor supports (3) resting thereon and consisting of renewable films delivered by reels (10) or loop conveyors designed to be periodically replaced, the low temperature air in the isothermal chamber containing said equipment being diffused on the products (4) during their forward motion in contact with the refrigerated tables (1) by means of perforated boxes (14). The device is particularly designed for treating prepared foods in the form of individual portions such as hamburgers, fish fillets whether coated with bread-crumbs or not.</p> |
