Regulated injection valve for internal combustion engines

The injection valve has a valve body (1) with a pressurised fluid supply (10) and an injection nozzle (3). The latter can be opened by a needle (4) which can move axially in the body, and which is spring-loaded in the closing direction. One side of the needle is connected to an opening piston (6), which is acted upon in the opening direction by the pressurised fluid, and the other side is connected to a pressure compensation piston (7). The latter can be connected by a control valve (11) with a slide (15) to either the fluid supply pipe, or a fluid discharge pipe (13) in which a throttle (26) is arranged.
