A wire (102,103) is joined to the holders (100). A hook holding an elastic element (60) is moved by the force exerted by the elastic element from a first protruding position when the elastic element is not on the hook, to a second, retracted position when the elastic element is on the hook. The hook extends towards the lips or cheeks when the elastic element is not on the hook, and extends towards the incisors when the elastic element is on the hook.
