Holder assembly for high intensity discharge lamp

The holder assembly e.g. for reflector lamp comprises a reflector, an assembly for holding the inner sleeve and a fastening bar which develops in to a spiral shaped piece, which surrounds the inner sleeve holding assembly and fits into a neck region of the reflector. A lower leg of the bar takes the place of a dummy lead in an inner sleeve constriction of the sleeve holding assembly so that it fits into a reflector bottom contact opening in the neck region of the reflector. An opposite end of the spiral-shaped part of the fastening bar stretches upwards and is joined to an upper lead of the holding assembly.
