The wall has a head-plate (5) releasably attached to the steel tongue wall (3) by a draw anchor (11). Between the steel tongue wall head (18) and the underside of the head plate is a head plate seal (19) extending along the extension of the steel tongue wall head. The draw anchor (11) can be arranged on the water side of the wall. The head plate seal is positionable in a cut out (20) in the steel tongue wall head to be clamped in place.
