<p>The invention concerns a modular surgical device for endoscopic surgery and standard surgery, characterised in that it comprises a prehensile member (1) shaped like a pistol grip, said grip being provided with a trigger (14) controlling, by means of a control shaft (11), the movement of a tool (68) positioned inside at least a guide tube (45) movable in rotation relative to said prehensile member (1), the latter being provided with a system for locking the amplitude of the tool (68) movement and with a system for locking and ejecting the tool (68), said grip being further provided with a gas evacuating system (46) and a ball ratchet system for coupling different tools, of varying diameters and lengths, the ball ratchet enabling the tool rotation about its axis.</p> |
