The arrangement has a plastic base body with embedded contact strips. Overvoltage taps provided on the upper side of the base body (1) contain melting elements. Contact springs hold the overvoltage taps and melting elements on the base body and contact the contact strips when a melting element is melted by an overvoltage. The contact springs (5) are formed on a spring comb (7) which can be clamped to the upper side of the base body. The comb has a strut (8) holding the contact springs with at least one spring contact (9) for contacting an earth conductor.
