SOLUTION: In a teaching operation, precise positioning to a line to be worked is automatically performed by a control part 23 by an only operation that outgoing optical system 10 or work table 65 is moved so that the line enters within a visibility by a CCD camera 13. A movement to a next teaching point is automatically performed by a work line follow-up function. In addition to it, a locus program is automatically generated by position data stored with a work line follow-up movement, and a position control at the time of actual laser beam machining is performed according to this locus program. |
