The invention relates to an elevating work platform, comprising two masts (1, 2) arranged on a supporting frame at a distance from each other, and a height-adjustable working platform arranged between said masts (1, 2). The working platform is secured on both sides to carriages (15) which can run along the masts (1, 2). The inventive elevating work platform is easy and economical to produce. This is achieved by manufacturing the carriages (15) from a substantially, cross-sectionally U-shaped double folded sheet of metal (16) which has two limbs (17) and a connecting bar (18). The connecting bars (18) of both carriages (15) which can run along opposite masts (1, 2) are arranged on the surfaces of both masts (1, 2) facing each other. |
