PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink which can perform recording even when used repeatedly, has excellent plate wear and forms an image on a substrate with a hydrophilic surface by dispersing resin particles obtained by polymerizing a solution containing a monofunctional monomer, a monofunctional macromonomer and a dispersion-stabilizing resin in a nonaqueous solution having a specified electric resistance and specified permittivity. SOLUTION: In a nonaqueous solvent having an electric resistance of 10<9> Ω cm or above and a permittivity of 3.5 or below, polymer particles obtained by polymerizing a solution containing a monofunctional monomer being soluble in the nonaqueous medium and becoming insoluble therein when polymerized, a monofunctional macromonomer formed by introducing a group of formula II into only one end of the main chain of a polymer comprising repeating units of formula I and having a weight-average molecular weight of 2×10<4> or below and a dispersion-stabilizing resin dispersed in the nonaqueous solvent in the form of colloidal particles and comprising a macromonome having a weight-average molecular weight of 1×10<3> to 2×10<4> , mainly consisting of a component of formula III and having a group of formula II on only one end of the main chain and a monofunctional monomer. |
