<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for purifying an exhaust gas filter to improve maintenance and durability of a function as a filter by suppressing troubles, such cracking or melt-down of a filter, in a purifying system for an exhaust gas filter. SOLUTION: In purification of an exhaust gas filter wherein by supplying gas containing oxygen as heating fluid to the filter to collect particulates in exhaust gas, collected substances, such as particulates are burnt and removed, the distribution of flow velocity of the heating fluid for the section of a filter 58 is controlled to be uniform heat distribution of the whole section of the filter 58, and through uniform heating, collected particulates are completely removed without remaining.</p> |
