PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a coil molded piece for magnetic levitation railway that can avoid the generation of cracks and deformations on the surface of a molded piece, improve the configuration stability, external appearance properties and superficial properties of the molded piece and increase the strength of a reactive injection molding resin layer, which is highly efficient in production. SOLUTION: A wirewound coil 10 is disposed between molds 2, 3 in which insulation layers 23, 24 having a thermal conductivity of 0.03 to 10 W/m.K at 300 K are provided at least at a part of the inner surface of the molds, a reactive stock solution is injected into gaps between the wirewound coil 10 and the inner surfaces of the molds 2, 3, a reactive injection molded piece incorporating therein the winding coil 10 is removed from the inside of the molds when a polymerization reaction by the reactive stock solution is completed and the reactive injection molded piece so removed is immediately maintained at a temperature of 80 to 200 deg.C for an hour or longer. |
