PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily and efficiently produce a γ.δ T-cell excellent in treatment effect and useful as an immunotherapeutic agent, etc., in a high yield, by removing a CD16-positive cell from a lymphocyte and culturing the resultant lymphocyte. SOLUTION: This method for producing γ.δ T-cell comprises carrying out each step comprising the first culturing step for removing a CD16-positive cell from a lymphocyte, and culturing the resultant lymphocyte in the presence of an immobilized anti-CD3 antibody and a T-cell growth factor, and the second culturing step for culturing the resultant material in the absence of the immobilized anti-CD3 antibody and in the presence of the T-cell growth factor to provide the objective γ.δT-cell. An immunotherapeutic agent useful for adoptive immunotherapy, which is one of therapeutic method of cancer, etc., is preferably prepared by using the γ.δ T-cell. |
