FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: solution containing sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium hydrogen phosphate and water has additionally glycoseaminoglycans, L-carnosine and cytochrome c at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: sodium chloride 0.8-1.0; sodium hydrogen phosphate 0.01-0.09; sodium dihydrogen phosphate 0.001-0.01; glycoseaminoglycans 0.002-0.01; L-carnosine 0.002-0.02; cytochrome c 0.001-0.03, and water - the rest. Solution shows protective and curative properties and can be used in surgery operations in ophthalmology. Solution exhibits an improved equilibrium of components as compared with the known ones.
