<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology to eliminate three pipes out of the five included in a conventional routine system and simplify the entire composition of the system significantly. SOLUTION: The compressed air supply system 100 is equipped with an air compressor 10 which discharges a compressed air, an air dryer 20 including a foreign matter removing means and an air tank 40 which stores the compressed air cleared of foreign matter by the air dryer 20. In this system 100, the drain valve 60 of the air dryer 20 is burdened with the unloading function of the air compressor 10 instead of incorporating the unloading mechanism in the air compressor 10. In addition, a check valve for preventing the compressed air contained in the air tank 40 from flowing back and a pressure governor for generating a pressure command to the drain valve 60 are incorporated or integrated into the air dryer 20. Thus it is possible to dispense with pipings (a third, a fourth and a fifth piping 33', 34', 35') around the pressure governor.</p> |
