<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for semiautomatizing relatively inexpensively a pretreatment processing machine capable of cutting off wrapped-labels in a process which requires man-hours most, simplifying internal cleaning of PET bottles, and reducing man-hours. SOLUTION: PET bottle frames 2, 2' with PET bottles lying horizontally thereon are provided on the upper part of each link of a chain conveyor 1, followed by forming cattle horn-like projections 3. A pair of vertical PET bottle force-feeding plates 4, 4' are formed and disposition-mounted for giving spaces to be forcibly compressed and passed through on both side faces of a saw blade at positions to retain the longest dimensions of the PET bottles at several places of the frame 2. The saw blade 6 in parallel therewith is installed on the central upper part of the conveyor 1, and disposed to allow the bottom part of the saw blade 6 to rotate in the interior part of a clearance groove 5 of the frame 2. A bar 7 and operation arm 8 are given substantial deadweight in order that PET bottles are cut by the rotation saw blade without jumping up and down.</p> |
