<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for pulpifying waste paper, reduced in discharge amount of water and lowering of paper strength. SOLUTION: Waste paper and water in an amount of <=3 times based on amount of the waste paper are charged into a treating tank 10 having an agitating wing 11 and the waste paper is moistened by stirring in the first step. Ozone water in an amount of <=2 times based on an amount of the waste paper is added thereto and the mixture is stirred and for a prescribed time and kneaded in the second step. Slurry in the treating tank 10 is dehydrated in the third step.</p> |
