摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of stress generated by bolt connection between a resin-made throttle valve and a resin-made intake manifold, by interposing a stress absorbing member between the resin-made throttle valve and the resin- made intake manifold, and limiting tightening force, in a mounting method of a resin-made throttle body. SOLUTION: In a mounting method for a resin-made throttle body, between its mounting flange 40 and a mounting flange 10 of a resin-made intake manifold, a rubber part 50 is interposed. A shaft part 37 of a bolt 36 is formed in a diameter larger than a screw part 38 and in a prescribed length, or a cylindrical spacer 39 of prescribed length is fitted in a peripheral of the shaft part 37 and the screw part 38 of a bolt 36a, and tightening force of the bolts 36, 36a and a nut 35 is regulated.</p>
