<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the cargo carrying-in/out of warehouse in a short time and obtain high storage efficiency by dividing a part in which a movable rack is arranged into a delivery zone and a storage zone in order, starting from the entrance of a warehouse. SOLUTION: The inside of a warehouse A is divided into areas, namely, a carrying-in/out of warehouse zone A1 in a part which has a door 11 and is the closest to the entrace of the warehouse, a delivery zone A2 adjacent to the carrying/in-out of warehouse zone A1 , and a whole storage zone A3 which is in the innermost part thereof in order, starting from the entrance side. Many racks 1 are arranged in two rows by constituting a main passage 2 between the delivery zone A2 and the storage zone A3 therein. The racks in each row can move in a scope in which a space of 3400 mm equivalent to a work passage 3 in which a forklift 4 passes is provided in each zone A2 , A3 excepting the carrying-in/out of warehouse zone A1 . Each rack 1 can store and take out a cargo including a pallet on respective shelves from both sides thereof. A part which faces the carrying-in/out of warehouse zone A1 is allocated to a carrying-in and mixing zone A2 ' in the delivery zone A2 .</p> |
