PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulation, abrasion resistance, and contamination resistance having suitable elasticity, a natural touch and shade, and a texture touch in the case of forming a tatami facing by a method wherein a fluoropolymer is contained in a coated layer. SOLUTION: Thermpolastic resin and a paper material are used as a core material 1, and a fluoropolymer is contained in a coated layer 2 provided on its peripheral part. In this case, an irregular crease is provided on a surface of the core material 1, the coated layer 2 is formed on its periphery, and elastic property is applied with a clearance between them. The fluoropolymer is generally polymerized by having radical polymeric monomer having 1-15C fluoroalkyl group or cationic or anionic polymeric monomer as a principal constituent. Further, as materials for formation of a coating film used for forming the coated layer 2, when a processability and a cost are considered, thermoplastic resin is favorably used. Then, the content of a resin composition having the fluoropolymer in the coated layer is 0.01-50% of materials for forming the coating film. |
