PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new snack cake provided with novel texture and flavor. SOLUTION: This snack cake is attained by sticking greasy cake dough such as chocolate dough or the like to an α-ed and dried noodle kind. For instance, the α-ed and dried noodle kind is crushed and turned to a chip-like noodle line 11, the chocolate dough 12 is coated on the outer periphery of the noodle line 11 and the snack cake is obtained. The greasy cake dough can be coated only on the surface of the noodle line or filled so as to fill the clearance of the noodle line and the noodle line can be filled inside the shell of the greasy cake dough. |
