PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fried snack capable of more advantageously and easily taking in an effective material contained in devil's tongue. SOLUTION: Relating to this fried snack and the manufacture, for the fried snack obtained by oil-frying the sheet of potato dough and seasoning it as needed, devil's tongue fine particles whose grain size is less than 100 mesh are mixed by 1-50 wt.% per fried snack.
