PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively deodorize a smell generated from a garbage treating tank by providing a deodorizing device which thermally deodorizes a gas containing the smell generated from the garbage treating tank and further, providing an exhaust heat recovery part for recovering an exhaust heat from the deodorizing device halfway through an air suction route. SOLUTION: A garbage treating tank 1 is internally fitted into a case 22 with an upper opening for the garbage treating device 13 and a deodorizing device 2 for thermally deodorizing a gas containing a smell generated from the garbage treating tank 1. In addition, an atmospheric air intake port 43 is provided on the bottom plates 22a of cases 22 below the deodorizing device 2 and a control plate 71 respectively. Further, an air suction route 28 extending from the atmospheric air intake port 43 to an air suction port 6 is formed by partitioning a clearance between the lateral wall 5 of the garbage treating tank 1 and the case 22 with a partition. The control plate 71 and the outer peripheral part of the deodorizing device 2 part are wrapped with an exhaust heat recovery part 29 provided halfway through the air suction route 28 to warm an atmospheric air by recovering a heat radiated from the deodorizing device 2.
