<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely reduce dioxin concentration in exhaust gas and fly ash by adding an adsorbent adsorbing a dioxin precursor and an inhibitor inhibiting dioxin producing reactions. SOLUTION: Exhaust gas 5 emitted when a charged matter 4 is incinerated in an incinerator body 1 is discharged via a scrubber 3 after fly ash is removed by an electric dust collector from the exhaust gas. Because within this electric dust collector 2 an dioxin precursor make a reaction to generate a dioxin, an inhibitor and an adsorber are injected at points on a flue 7 between the incinerator body 1 and the electric dust collector 2, e.g. points A, B, C, etc., in order to inhibit adsorption of the dioxin precursor to the fly ash and to prevent generation of the dioxin precursor by adorbing and removing the dioxin precursor. For example, the inhibitor is injected at the point C and the adsorber is injected at the points A and/or B, or at the point C the inhibitor and the adsorber are injected while the adsorber is injected at the points A and/or C.</p> |
