PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out maintenance at optimal timing by synchronizing maintenance cycles, grouping manufacturing devices whose maintenance required times are the same as their product processing time, and performing maintenance of the manufacturing devices in each group periodically in order of usage frequency from the most frequently used one. SOLUTION: On the basis of data inputted in a ranking part 3 and a maintenance data inputting unit 1 and data registered in a manufacture flow - using manufacturing device data base 2, maintenance cycles are synchronized, and in every manufacturing devices whose maintenance required times are the same as their product processing time, ranking in order of usage frequency from the most frequently used one is carried out. On the basis of the data registered in the manufacture flow - using manufacturing device data base 2 and the rank information, which is determined in the ranking part 3, for each manufacturing device, a maintenance schedule deciding part 4 decides a maintenance schedule. |
