<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a contact with an elevator cage to elevate without a hindrance even in a building work site where an alarm is difficult to hear on account of construction noise or the like or an obstacle exists. SOLUTION: A plurality of photoline sensors 2 is attached to the side of an elevating cage 1 at proper horizontal spaces, and a reflection mirror 3 is attached to the floor F of the lowest layer stage correspondingly to the photoline sensor 2 on the cage side 1, and when an obstacle S crosses one or more photoline sensors, they detect the obstacle to stop the elevating of the cage 1 on the above detection signal.</p> |
