SOLUTION: Discharge roller 90 for discharging a paper onto a staple tray and a brush roler 6 are coaxially arranged, and a brush roller 6 is provided outside the discharge roller 90. In the brush roller 6, the inside is formed as a high density bristle planting part 6a, and the outside is formed as a low density bristle planting part 6b, and the width of the part 6a is narrower than the width of the part 6b, and the diameter of the part 6a is made large.
