<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water-proof adhesion by a method wherein an adhesive layer constituted of a terpolymer and polyethylene is provided on a primer layer constituted of thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer constituted of an ethylene-maleic anhydride- acrylic ester terpolymer being a polymer of which the main materials are three kinds of compounds of ethylene, maleic anhydride and acrylic ester and which contains these three kinds of compounds in a main-chain skeleton and of polyethylene such as high-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene or low- density polyethylene is formed on a primer layer constituted of thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin. Thereby water-proof adhesion can be improved and a resin coated steel pipe having both of the moderate adhesion of the resin composition of the adhesive layer and water-proof corrosionproof properties is obtained.</p> |
