PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene resin compsn. excellent in clarity and processibility, a modified propylene resin compsn. excellent in clarity, processibility, and impact resistance, a silylated propylene resin compsn. prepd. from the foregoing compsns., and molded items obtd. by molding those compsns. SOLUTION: The silylated propylene resin compsn. is prepd. by subjecting a mixture comprising 100 pts.wt. propylene resin having a melt flow index of 0.1-50 g/10 min, 1-20 pts.wt. silylated vinyl monomer, and 0.1-5 pts.wt. peroxide in a wt. ratio of the monomer to the peroxide of 1-100 to graft copolymn. under melt kneading.
