PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle attaining possible of holding idle operation always stable, in the vehicle with an engine output adjustable by using an electronic intake air amount control valve. SOLUTION: When an engine is placed not in an idle operating condition, based on an operating condition (APS) of an acceleration operating member and an engine speed (Ne), a first target throttle opening (GTHT) is calculated, in accordance with this first target throttle opening, a throttle valve is drive controlled (S10, S12). On the other hand, by an idle detection means, when the engine is detected to be in an idle operating condition, an idle target rotational speed (Nei) is set, based on the operating condition (APS) of the acceleration operating member the idle rotational speed (Nei), a second target throttle opening (θTHT) is calculated, in accordance therewith, the throttle valve is drive controlled (S10, S14, S16). |
