摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an immersion liquid to be used for a freezing method by which meat quality is not changed before/after freezing and tasty sea food is obtained by permitting water, salt, lemon juice or an equivallent material and an onion to be a raw material. SOLUTION: The target immersion liquid is obtained by a step S1 where the proportion of 20-80 g salt, 10-40 cc lemon or the equivallent material and 20-250 g onions as against 1000 cc water is obtained so as to put them into a pot, the step S2 for heating the pot, the step S4 for removing a solid material in the contents through the use of a cloth filter, preferably, the step S5 for leaving it for favorably more than two hours in order to remove heat obtained in result and the step S6 for leaving the liquid for favorably more than four hours under the atmosphere of 0-5 deg.C.
