发明名称 METHOD FOR ADHERING METAL COATING TO SURFACE OF CAST METAL SUBSTRATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems as how efficiently the preparation is to be made in order to metallurgically securely bond the finished surfaces of a substrate, such as engine block made of cast aluminum relatively low in melting temp., and the molten metal droplets to be injected and sprayed thereto under heating, and that present in the form and way of adding a flux for this purpose. SOLUTION: This method for adding the flux in coating by spraying under heating includes (a) a step 1 for prepn. for removing dirt, such as oil and grease, on the surfaces of the substrate and imparting uniform surface tension thereto, (b) a step 2 of electrostatically adhering the powder of the dry flux on the substrate surfaces subjected to the prepn. and (c) a step 3 for adhering the molten metal by atomizing and spraying under heating to the substrate surfaces adhered with the powder of the dry flux, removing the oxide of the substrate by heating and activating the flux and tightly adhering the molten metal by the art of metallurgy as the coating of the substrate.
