发明名称 PRODUCTION OF METALLIC FOIL-PLATED LAMINAR PLATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a metallic foil plated laminar plate in which a thermal expansion is restrained in a surface direction by adding a flexibility imparting agent in an epoxy resin constituting the laminar plate and reduce the thermal expansion in the surface direction. SOLUTION: A varnish having dispersed in an epoxy resin rubber resilient fine particles (acryl rubber fine particles) that are non-compatible to the epoxy resin is impregnated in a glass woven fabric comprising glass fibers having a thermal expansion coefficient of equal to or less than 4 ppm/ deg.C or a non- woven fabric comprising aramide fibers and then dried to obtain a prepreg having a resin volume of 37 wt.%. Eight prepregs so obtained are overlapped and copper foils are disposed on both sides thereof. They are then heated, pressurized and formed into a laminar plate plated with copper on the both sides thereof. It is desirable that the content of rubber fine particles is equal to or less than 10 parts by weight when assumed the solid weight of the epoxy resing including a hardening agent is 100.
