PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of preventing the precipitation of grains caused by a difference in specific gravity and easily redispersing the grains when the grains are precipitated by employing an amino-modified silicone as a dispersion stabilizer. SOLUTION: This composition contains (a) solid grains having >1 true specific gravity, preferably spherical solid grains having 0.01-15μm mean grain diameter and concretely polymethylsilsesquioxane, (b) a water-immiscible liquid having <1 specific gravity [except materials corresponding to (c) an amino- modified silicone having 100-50,000 g/mol amino equivalents and 10-100,000 mm<2> /s kinematic viscosity], the component (c) and (d) water and further satisfies the formula. Furthermore, the composition preferably contains (e) 0.01-5.0 wt.% emulsifier and an O/W type emulsion is preferably composed of the liquid component of the composition.
