PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition that is excellent in resistance to oil and abrasion by formulating a previously vulcanized fluorine rubber and/or its formulation to an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber or an ethylene-α-olefin- non-conjugate diene terpolymer rubber. SOLUTION: The objective composition is obtained by admixing (A) 10-90 wt.% of a previously vulcanized fluorine rubber (a copolymer of a 2-8C fluorine- containing monomer, preferably vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer and primarily vulcanized products or a formulation containing the same to (B) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and/or an ethylene-α-olefin-non- conjugate diene terpolymer rubber (preferably theα-olefin is propylene, the non-conjugate diene is 1,4-hexadinene, dicyclopentadiene, 5-ethylidene-2- norbornene with a number-average molecular weight of 3,000-500,000) so that the resultant composition may become vulcanizable.
