PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried squid-tearing machine cable of obtaining good torn squid, even when the rotation number of the machine is increased, and reduced in noises. SOLUTION: This dried squid-tearing machine has a rotary blade member in which a tearing blade device equipped with a tearing blade bend in an approximately dog-legged shape on the side view is arranged at a proper distance on the periphery of a circular driving member so that the tip of the blade is directed in the rotation direction of the circular driving member, a feeding roller device 3 provided with a pair of upper and lower rollers and used for feeding the tip of the dried squid to the passing locus of the blade tip in a timing synchronized with the movement of the rotated blade, and a dried squid- feeding base disposed in response to the feeding surface of the feeding roller device 3. Therein, the bent blade tip side portion of the tearing blade is disposed at an approximately right angle to the fed dried squid, and the tearing blade is an integrally molded stainless product in which the outer and inner peripheral surfaces of the portion bent in a dog-legged shape are angled and rounded, respectively. |
