PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition and food free tram side actions and having excellent effect by including cultured fungus, cultured lactobacillus and yeast. SOLUTION: This composition and food contain cultured fungus such as cultured powder of Aspergillus oryzae NK, cultured lactobacillus such as cultured powder of Streptococcus faecalis and yeast. The composition is administered in the form of a solid or liquid preparation for oral administration at a daily rate of 1-10 g/head in 1-3 divided doses. It can be used in various food forms. The cultured product can be produced by culturing the microorganisms according to conventional method. Dry yeast described in Japanese Pharmacopoeia can be used as the yeast. The composition is effective for lowering the neutral fat and total cholesterol and remarkably improving the condition of hyperlipemia.
