FIELD: oil producing industry; Christmas equipment for oil and gas production; control of rate of medium containing abrasive particles. SUBSTANCE: valve has housing, cover and spindle engaging with cover, spindle seals, union nut and seat with protective bushing. At one side spindle is connected with drive, and at other side it is provided with conical tip with protective envelope and envelope attachment member. Conical tip is made integral with spindle. protective envelope is located on conical tip and is rigidly connected to tip at side of its larger diameter. Attachment member is made in form of nut with spherical surface and is located at side of tip smaller diameter. Seals of spindle are made in form of pack of cups arranged in cover and pressed by threaded bushing. Contacting surfaces of housing and cover are conical and are sealed relative to each other. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of valve, simplified design. 3 cl, 1 dwgd
