FIELD: structural systems of multistory buildings with load-bearing exterior walls and floors in the form of channel slabs whose belts form storey floors and their ribs - interior walls. SUBSTANCE: distinguishing feature of buildings consists in that floors in height of building are combined with one another by means - walls, and interior transverse walls are made in the form of short cantilevers pinched in beam-walls with extension of less than one half of distance between them. Structural system allows alternation of storeys with short cantilevers or without them over building height in every other or more storeys and making apertures in beams-walls with height of storey and having regular and irregular manner of distribution of short cantilevers on storey area. Beam-walls having apertures and short cantilevers in height of building may be misaligned in vertical plane. Short cantilevers may be located unidirectionally with respect to beam-walls and may be replaced with columns, wall sections, vertical or inclined rods, or by some other members combining adjacent floors.
